The brewery continues to adhere to the traditional handmade sake brewing method that has remained unchanged since its founding. Currently, Bon uses only three ingredients in its sake brewing: rice, rice koji, and water. No unnecessary additives are added. Although it is not possible to mass-produce the sake, the brewery has inherited the desire of its predecessors to "continue to make sake that is healthy for the body and that people will say is truly delicious."
The consumption of alcohol by anyone under 20 is prohibited by law. We cannot accept orders for alcoholic beverages from individuals under the age of 20.
