Refund Policy of Toranomon Shoji Co., Ltd. / Ureshii Plaza [Liquor shop - ULTRA]

We generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after the product has been shipped. Returns are only accepted if the product is defective. Our return period is 7 days. If more than 7 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Please use the original packaging materials that were used at the time of delivery when returning the item.

Some products are not eligible for return. Items that come into direct contact with the skin or hygiene products cannot be returned. Thank you for your understanding.


Non-returnable items include:
・Gift cards

To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Do not return purchased items to the manufacturer.

In the following situations, only partial refunds may be granted: 
・Items with obvious signs of use
・Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
・Items returned more than 7 days after delivery


Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of receipt. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.


Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

If everything is correct, contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If the value of the item(s) you’re returning is over ¥10,000, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
