Roman Hanaizumi Brewery, Minamiaizu District, Fukushima Prefecture

The Roman Series is a blend of rice, water, and people. This sake is truly "local sake." All rice is from Aizu and Minamiaizu. It uses the sake-brewing rice varieties "Yume no Kaori" and "Fuku no Kaori," developed in Fukushima Prefecture, as well as the locally grown "Gohyakumangoku." The yeast used is also "Utsukushima Yume Yeast," developed in Fukushima Prefecture. While remaining true to Fukushima, the sake has a gorgeous aroma and allows many people to experience the charm of sake. The Roman Series offers sake that complements each season, proposing the enjoyment of seasonal sake.
